Ask Apex is operated by Resilution LLC in Port St. Lucie, Florida, United States. This public website provides information about a project in development and accepts inquiries and early-access interest. It does not currently offer live provider matching, bookings, purchases, or payment processing. Illustrations describe the intended experience and are not real provider quotes or bookings.
Your requests and decisions
Sending an inquiry does not create a provider booking, guarantee access, or form a paid service agreement. Availability and future features may change. Do not rely on this website for emergency services. You remain responsible for decisions and approvals concerning any service you later request.
Acceptable use
Provide accurate contact information and use a mobile number you control if you opt in to SMS. Do not submit unlawful, abusive, misleading, or sensitive information; impersonate others; or attempt unauthorized access to the website or its records.
SMS program
Program: Ask Apex service communications, operated by Resilution LLC. With your separate consent, service-related texts may concern your inquiries, access you request, or service coordination you request. No promotional SMS consent is collected by this form. Texting is inactive during registration.
Consent: Enter your mobile number and separately check the optional, initially unchecked SMS box on our contact form. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You may contact us without agreeing to texts. Do not opt in a number you do not control.
Frequency and charges: Message frequency varies with your requests. Message and data rates may apply under your carrier plan.
Opt out: Once texting is active, reply STOP to stop SMS. A confirmation may be sent, after which further program messages will stop unless you opt in again. You may also use the contact form to update your preferences.
Help: Reply HELP once texting is active, or use our contact form for assistance. SMS delivery depends on carrier and network conditions and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
